Hi! I'm Alicia, a native Spanish speaker with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish as a Second Language, several teaching certifications and 20+ years teaching executives and university students. Every lesson is tailored to your needs, whether for day to day conversation, professional settings, proficiency exams, university coursework or exploring Hispanic culture. We focus on real communication from day one, at your own pace. Let's get started!

## Cancellation policy

- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a lesson. The coach charges no fee for a late cancellation or a no-show.
