From warm-ups to situational drills, everything translates directly to game situations. I am more prepared, play faster, and understand spacing and decision-making so much better now. > From Brandon, 5 out of 5 > More than training — it’s mentorship. Coach Andrew holds athletes accountable, teaches discipline, and brings a professional mindset to every session. My daughter has grown not only as a player but as a competitor. The confidence she plays with now is night and day. > From Alyssa, 5 out of 5 > High-level training with a coach who’s been there. You can tell he’s played at a high level. The drills are realistic, challenging, and game-ready. Every workout has purpose, and you leave feeling prepared, not just tired. Highly recommend for serious players. > From Mike, 5 out of 5 > Coach Andrew pushes you while still breaking things down in a way that makes sense. My jumper is more consistent, my footwork is cleaner, and I’m way more confident going into games. You can tell he actually cares about your development. > From Tavin, 5 out of 5 > My son’s confidence, conditioning, and understanding of the game have improved tremendously. Every session is intentional, high energy, and focused on game-speed reps. He shows up early, prepared, and invested in every athlete. > From James, 5 out of 5 > Coaching in very detail. > From Yuhai, 5 out of 5 ## Pages on this site - [Home](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/index.md) - [All services](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/services/index.md) - [Basketball Training Sessions](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/training/index.md) - [Private Training Sessions](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/private-training/index.md) - [Lessons in Irvine](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/areas/irvine) - [Lessons in Laguna Niguel](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/areas/laguna-niguel) - [Lessons in Lake Forest](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/areas/lake-forest) - [Great Park, Irvine](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/locations/great-park-irvine) - [El Lazo Basketball Courts, Laguna Niguel](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/locations/el-lazo-basketball-courts-laguna-niguel) - [Lake Forest Sports Park (Basketball), Lake Forest](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/locations/lake-forest-sports-park-basketball-lake-forest) - [Mountain View Park, Lake Forest](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/locations/mountain-view-park-lake-forest) - [Agent instructions](https://sites.coach/andrew-meshot/llms.txt) ## Book through the API Andrew Meshot sells Basketball lessons on this site.
