I bring 15+ years of experience as a competitive player and coach across high school, junior college, Division I, and professional levels, including playing at Illinois State University and professionally in Sweden and Portugal. I hold a Master's degree in Research of Exercise Science from Northumbria University, where my thesis focused on the sport psychology theory of Empowering Coaching. More specifically, how to develop winning team cultures and successful individual players by promoting individual self-determination, team autonomy, and selflessness.

I work with players of all ages and levels, from kids learning the foundations to high school and college-level athletes looking to sharpen their skills. I have a passion for teaching the 4 and 5 positions, but I'm well-versed in teaching all positions and skill sets.

Your first lessons start with a conversation about goals and a skill assessment to get us going in the right direction. I look forward to connecting!

- **60-minute private lesson**: 1 prepaid 60-minute lesson for $35.00 ($35.00 per lesson). Sold as 1 lesson. One hour of one-on-one basketball built around your goals.

## Weekly hours

- Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday: 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday, Sunday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

## Cancellation policy

- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a lesson. Inside that window the coach charges 0% of the lesson, and 0% for a no-show.
