I am appreciative and grateful for the opportunities and environment Bains provided for my daughter (12 years old+) and son (10 years old+) - both year round competitive players. I was impressed by Bains' steadfast level of engagement and dedication, setting clear expectations of both players and families. Similar to the beginning of the school year when a professor provides their syllabus, Bains provided both structu… > From T.Quan, 5 out of 5 > I can't recommend Coach Bains enough. My daughter has been to other private trainers and she left every session feeling like it was a waste of her time and a waste of our money. When it came time to find someone new, we were all a little apprehensive. We gave Coach Bains a shot and we are so glad we did! Not only was she able to target the specific soccer skills my daughter needed to work on, but she also spent just as much time working on her mental game and confidence. She met her exactly where she was at and built from there. Session after session her love for the game started returning. A… > From Kaitlyn, 5 out of 5 > Coach Bains was pivotal in our daughter's understanding of the game both technically and tactically. Our daughter played at the comp level and Coach Bains had endless energy for players that are engaged regardless of skill level. Her passion and knowledge is apparent immediately. She will give every player input, strategies, goals, etc. She is well versed in athletic nutrition and looks at the player as a whole person. She genuinely cares for players to improve as long as they want to and put in effort. She positively impacted our daughter's game and are happy for the time they had together! > From C.Lourenco, 5 out of 5 > Bains is truly amazing. She not only works on the physical development of the players but also the mental aspects and confidence. She truly cares about those she coaches both within and outside of soccer. We are truly lucky to have Bains working with our daughter and she has improved a lot in a short amount of time. Bains has brought back the love of the game for our daughter and we are truly grateful! Highly recommend ✨✨✨✨ > From B., 5 out of 5 > Bains is the first skills coach my teen soccer player has ever been EXCITED to work with. Many youth soccer players love games and scrimmages but avoid skills and technical work because it is "boring" or "repetitive". Bains makes it fun, breaks it down so the child can understand the process and see the end result is attainable. Jasmine can't wait for her next session! Thank you for all that you invest in our kids. > From Jasmine, 5 out of 5 ## Frequently asked questions ### Who can join kids soccer training sessions? The matching options support kids or teens.
