My daughter has been to other private trainers and she left every session feeling like it was a waste of her time and a waste of our money. When it came time to find someone new, we were all a little apprehensive. We gave Coach Bains a shot and we are so glad we did! Not only was she able to target the specific soccer skills my daughter needed to work on, but she also spent just as much time working on her mental game and confidence. My girls trained with her throughout last year at ISI, and they absolutely loved her drills and coaching style. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping players grow-not only as athletes, but as individuals.
