Similar to the beginning of the school year when a professor provides their syllabus, Bains provided both structure and consistency throughout our time together. Film (game) reviews led to immediate action within our next training sessions to address issues raised. The open lines of communication and our willingness to learn and grow allowed for quick responsiveness to eliminate further issues during games. In conjunction with on-field tactile learning, Bains also provided a plethora of online resources leading to a deeper understanding, respect and appreciation of the game.

I can't recommend Coach Bains enough. My daughter has been to other private trainers and she left every session feeling like it was a waste of her time and a waste of our money. When it came time to find someone new, we were all a little apprehensive. We gave Coach Bains a shot and we are so glad we did! Not only was she able to target the specific soccer skills my daughter needed to work on, but she also spent just as much time working on her mental game and confidence. Bains is an incredible coach who truly takes the time to connect with each player on a personal level. She knows how to push players to be their best while still making them feel supported, encouraged, and confident. My girls trained with her throughout last year at ISI, and they absolutely loved her drills and coaching style. Coach Bains was pivotal in our daughter's understanding of the game both technically and tactically. Our daughter played at the comp level and Coach Bains had endless energy for players that are engaged regardless of skill level. Her passion and knowledge is apparent immediately. She will give every player input, strategies, goals, etc. She is well versed in athletic nutrition and looks at the player as a whole person. She genuinely cares for players to improve as long as they want to and put in effort. She positively impacted our daughter's game and are happy for the time they had together!
