Ball Control
Includes 6 cool ways of lifting the ball, juggling in small and long touch with both feet separately and simultaneously, ball controled with the forehead, barefoot juggling, running while controlling and how to drag the ball with the sole of left and right foot. The objective of this lesson is to make the kid feel comfortable with the ball and to let them realize the amount of options that are available when they use their whole body to control the ball. Age- 5-15
