I help beginner and intermediate players learn Tennis and keep building their game, from getting started to playing in tournaments. I’ve coached since 2016 at Nike Tennis Camp at Stanford and with Cardinal Tennis, where I ran clinics. Since 2024, I’ve also offered private lessons in Menlo Park, California. I work with players of all ages, including complete beginners, and mainly teach with red, orange, and yellow balls. I bring red, orange, green, and yellow balls, so please bring your own racket and water. If you’re unsure which racket to choose, you can ask to try mine. Lessons take place at Burgess Park Tennis Courts, Kelly Park, or Nealon Park. I also coach players who compete in tournaments and can accompany them to tournaments.

I coach all ages.

### Do I need my own tennis racket?

Yes, please bring your own tennis racket. If you’re unsure which racket to choose, I can let you try mine. I provide the tennis balls, so bring water too.

### Can I take a lesson with a friend or family member?

I offer tennis lessons in Menlo Park. Yes, friends and family members can take lessons too. I’ve coached clinics as well as private lessons, so ask about the current format if you’d like to play together.

### Where do lessons take place?

My tennis lessons take place at Burgess Park Tennis Courts, Kelly Park, or Nealon Park in Menlo Park. Please ask which location and meeting spot are planned for your lesson.

### Can I start as a complete beginner?

Yes, you can start tennis with no prior experience in my lessons. I coach beginners and intermediates, mainly using red, orange, and yellow balls. I provide the balls; please bring your own racket and water, and ask if you’d like to try mine before choosing a racket.
