Completed a full year of English and GCSE courses at Bournemouth & Poole College. Football Development & Coaching: I started playing football at the age of 4 in Venezuela, where I was born. My journey began in Rio Claro, and later, I joined the Iálo Club in Barquisimeto, where I developed my skills and learned how to form as a football player. After moving to the UK, I joined AFC SCL Community Sports Trust with the intention of attending for two years, but after one year, I moved on to play for New Milton Reserves. During my time at AFC SCL, I enhanced both my football skills and coaching abilities, participating in various training sessions and gaining practical experience in coaching as well as learning about football techniques and methodologies. Health & Performance Education: My first coaching project at AFC SCL focused on cardiovascular health, recovery techniques, and the role of metabolism during training. I also explored the importance of cooling down, stretching, and blood pooling, gaining valuable insights into how the body responds to intense physical activity. Cultural & Professional Adaptation: Played football in a range of weather conditions, including training in rain and cold weather, which contrasted with my experiences in Venezuela, where matches were often cancelled due to bad weather. This taught me resilience and discipline, as well as the ability to adapt to challenging conditions. Personal Growth: Gained valuable experience in an all-British school environment, significantly improving my language skills and football knowledge. I also learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, and maintaining focus, even in difficult weather conditions such as cold, windy days. ## Packages and prices - **60-minute private lesson**: 1 prepaid 60-minute lesson for $30.00 ($30.00 per lesson). He has a natural way with kids and shows an incredible amount of patience throughout the session. What we appreciated most was how he tailored the entire lesson to meet our child's specific needs, keeping it both fun and challenging. We will definitely be booking more lessons and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great youth coach! > From Peter, 5 out of 5 > It was good > From Madhuri, 5 out of 5 ## Pages on this site - [Home](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/index.md) - [All services](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/services/index.md) - [Soccer Training Sessions](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/training/index.md) - [Private Training Sessions](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/private-training/index.md) - [Lessons in Allen](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/areas/allen) - [Lessons in Carrollton](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/areas/carrollton) - [Lessons in Dallas](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/areas/dallas) - [Lessons in Frisco](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/areas/frisco) - [Lessons in Lewisville](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/areas/lewisville) - [Lessons in McKinney](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/areas/mckinney) - [Lessons in Plano](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/areas/plano) - [Lessons in Richardson](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/areas/richardson) - [Lessons in The Colony](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/areas/the-colony) - [Ford Middle School Soccer Stadium, Allen](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/locations/ford-middle-school-soccer-stadium-allen) - [Creekview Soccer Fields, Carrollton](https://sites.coach/enmanuel-parejo/locations/creekview-soccer-fields-carrollton) - [R.E.
