I'm Flavio, an Argentine Olympic coach (Beijing 2008, London 2012) with over 100 medals. I help athletes in any sport improve their performance with 100% personalized plans: initial assessment of your physical condition, technique, and nutrition; neuroscience (Fitlight, stroboscopic lenses), technique, strength, speed-power (OVR Velocity / Brower Sprint Timing System), jumping ability and plyometrics (OVR JUMP), and recovery.
