“Nico is a motivated and coachable adult learner who came in with a background as a right winger/midfielder from high school and is working to transition into a central midfielder role in his current Volo league. In our sessions we focused on first touch control, passing accuracy with both feet, turning into space, and decision making in tight areas. He showed strong comfort with his right foot and good receptiveness to feedback. We identified the body feint as a key area to develop for creating space as a CM, and he is actively working on this between sessions. Nico’s enthusiasm and willingness to put in extra time make him a pleasure to coach.”
