## About

I’m Jason Bugg, a former professional baseball player with five seasons of playing experience and more than 26 years coaching baseball and softball, including at San Jose State and as head softball coach at De Anza College.

I help baseball and softball hitters improve their timing, make consistent hard contact, and build confidence at the plate. My book One Swing. One System. Emphasizes getting ready to hit early and understanding how an effective swing works.

Each lesson is tailored to the player, with clear instruction and specific drills to practice between sessions.
