A lot of "boxing" gyms basically set you up with a heavy bag and tell you to hit it, without any real instruction. Stray will not only teach you how to throw a punch the right way, but the right footwork, head movement, etc. You'll be surprised how much more you get out of the work out when you use proper technique.
