I’m a certified personal trainer who believes fitness is about more than just physical results. My approach combines strength, conditioning, proper technique, and consistency to help clients become stronger and more confident. I enjoy creating purposeful workouts that challenge people while meeting them at their individual fitness levels. I also believe coaching is about building relationships, holding clients accountable, and helping them recognize what they’re capable of accomplishing.

## Cancellation policy

- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a lesson. The coach charges no fee for a late cancellation or a no-show.
