I’m a freshman starting on varsity and a big part of it is the things i learn and worked on with Koa. Defense stuff, pick and roll, details and footwork. My confidence is growing and I’m happy with the work we’ve done so far > From Zeke, 5 out of 5 > Koa is a pretty chill trainer, he makes me work hard, and pushes me to be better. I felt like i got better after 1 workout, but i feel like he cares about me and my game more then other people have, and it felt good knowing a trainer cared and wanted the best for me > From AJ, 5 out of 5 > We played a lot of 1v1 and a lot of detailed work stuff, and reps. I got shifty, and I started scoring more in real games in only a couple sessions. Coach is pretty chill and understands the game and helped me grow as a player and person > From Jay, 5 out of 5 > I really saw a difference in my game in as little as 2 weeks working with Koa. He helped my game and my shot a lot and introduced me to drills and things i never really thought about in basketball. > From Landon, 5 out of 5 > He was very professional and showed great patience with my son. He went over the fundamentals and my son has already began to improve. Thank you! > From Jeremy, 5 out of 5 > Koa inspired his student to try new techniques and was cheerful and encouraging — this goes a long way to give him confidence in basketball > From Judy, 5 out of 5 > I got really shifty working with Koa, my game improved and I was able to add a lot of things to my game that helped me in high school > From Matt, 5 out of 5 > Great guy, great coach, i play for his AAU team and love it, my shot and decision making have gotten a lot better too > From Chase, 5 out of 5 ## Pages on this site - [Home](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/index.md) - [All services](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/services/index.md) - [Basketball Training Sessions](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/training/index.md) - [Private Training Sessions](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/private-training/index.md) - [Lessons in Glendale](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/areas/glendale) - [Lessons in Phoenix](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/areas/phoenix) - [Glenview College Prep Gym, Glendale](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/locations/glenview-college-prep-gym-glendale) - [LA Fitness in Glendale, Glendale](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/locations/la-fitness-in-glendale) - [Esporta Fitness, Phoenix](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/locations/esporta-fitness-phoenix) - [Phoenix Christian Preparatory School Gym, Phoenix](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/locations/phoenix-christian-preparatory-school-gym-phoenix) - [VASA Fitness, Phoenix](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/locations/vasa-fitness-phoenix) - [Agent instructions](https://sites.coach/koa-bonner/llms.txt) ## Book through the API Koa Bonner sells Basketball lessons on this site.
