As time grew and tai chi became a part of our Saturday classes with friends, yoga was soon integrated into our practice. It has shown me strength in areas that my body has lacked, and it has helped me greatly as I would take on daily activities that used to be difficult with movement. Her classes helped me achieve a better understanding of flexibility and mobility. 5 stars! > From John, 5 out of 5 > I enjoyed the one on one class with Mardi. It’s like she can tell what needs to be adjusted, and does a good job directing me through our session. Each session we try to learn something different to work on and build strength through yoga postures. > From Dawn, 5 out of 5 > The first class that I had taken with Mardi was at my condo building in summer 2025. Great class! Challenged my body and mind. The crystal bowl at the end was such a relaxing touch! Thank you! 🙏🏽 > From Shera, 5 out of 5 > Really enjoyed Mardi’s yoga sculpt class. It was just what I needed! The cooldown was a nice touch with the sound bowls. > From Janis, 5 out of 5 > Great teacher- class is user friendly, for all to follow and enjoy. > From Michael, 5 out of 5 ## Pages on this site - [Home](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/index.md) - [All services](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/services/index.md) - [Yoga Classes](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/classes/index.md) - [Private Classes](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/private-classes/index.md) - [Group Classes](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/group-classes/index.md) - [Kids Classes](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/kids-classes/index.md) - [Lessons in Parkland](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/areas/parkland) - [Lessons in Plantation](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/areas/plantation) - [Private Studio - Knight St., Parkland](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/locations/private-studio-knight-st-parkland) - [Plantation Central Park, Plantation](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/locations/plantation-central-park-plantation) - [Agent instructions](https://sites.coach/mardibyoga/llms.txt) ## Book through the API #TeachMeYoga with Mardi sells Yoga lessons on this site.
