His detailed breakdown makes it easy to grasp what needs adjusting, though I think a bit more focus on swing mechanics could be helpful. Still, his methodical approach helps clarify the fundamentals, and I’m hopeful about applying what I learned. Maybe next time, a little more attention to the swing itself. But overall, worth trying if you want clear, structured guidance. > From Yuke, 5 out of 5 > That lesson with Matthew was quite helpful, honestly. He shared some valuable pointers and things to work on, so I feel like I’m on a good path. Still, I’d like to continue working on swing mechanics to really refine my game. If you’re after practical advice from someone who knows the nuances of golf, giving Matthew a try might be worthwhile. > From Peter, 5 out of 5 > I am a former baseball player trying to pick up golf. Matthew helped me a ton in our first lesson. We worked on the basics, including the importance of slowing down my swing and letting the club do the work. He gave me several drills to work on moving forward. Masters here I come! > From Nick, 5 out of 5 > Matt is a high energy, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate golf coach. In just a handful of lessons he was able to transform my game, both mentally and technically. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for a friendly expert to take their game to the next level. > From Vaed, 5 out of 5 > As a beginner, I was intimidated by the complexities of golf. But Matt made the learning process fun and accessible. He has a knack for breaking down the fundamentals in a way that's easy to understand. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their golf game! > From Greg, 5 out of 5 > I'm getting better at golf with Matthew's help. His explanations and feedback are really clear, and I found them quite helpful in understanding what I need to work on though. Still, I look forward to practicing more and seeing how my technique improves over time. > From David, 5 out of 5 > Matt has a very high level understanding of the game of golf. Will Book again! This dude knows exactly what he is talking about. Gave me some great pointers and individual drills to work on to improve my game. Really good guy in general too. > From Will, 5 out of 5 > In one hour, Matt drastically improved my understanding for the game. He is very knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining things. Very easy to get along with and personable! > From Ryan, 5 out of 5 ## Pages on this site - [Home](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/index.md) - [All services](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/services/index.md) - [Golf Lessons](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/lessons) - [Private Lessons](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/private-lessons/index.md) - [Group Lessons](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/group-lessons/index.md) - [Kids Lessons](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/kids-lessons/index.md) - [Lessons in Newtown Township](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/areas/newtown-township) - [Lessons in Philadelphia](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/areas/philadelphia) - [Lessons in Plymouth Township](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/areas/plymouth-township) - [Valley View Golf, Newtown Township](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/locations/valley-view-golf-newtown-township) - [Five Iron Golf - Fishtown, Philadelphia](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/locations/five-iron-golf-fishtown-philadelphia) - [Strawberry Green Driving Range, Philadelphia](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/locations/strawberry-green-driving-range-philadelphia) - [Walnut Lane Golf Club, Philadelphia](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/locations/walnut-lane-golf-club-philadelphia) - [Tee's Golf Center, Plymouth Township](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/locations/tee-s-golf-center-plymouth-township) - [Agent instructions](https://sites.coach/matthew-barkann/llms.txt) ## Book through the API Matthew Barkann sells Golf lessons on this site.
