Oh lord ! How do I even start. This man save my life. I was so ver weight for my height. I told him my story (I’m a gospels singer ) he said “love yourself and commit 30 days”) and I did. Lord knows I did. You can see the picture I was 213 lbs and you see the difference. My health change everything change to the best . So I would recommend anyone to train with Mike.

Coach Mike is great to work with! I was familiar with the sport when I started but intimated on whether I could actually learn. He let me learn at my pace and skill set so I’d stick with it and not quit. Highly recommend !
