Former Professional Basketball Player | Skills Development Coach | Player Mentor About Coach Michael Basketball has been a major part of Michael Vigilance’s life, taking him from the competitive basketball environment of New York City to the collegiate level and eventually to playing professionally overseas. A product of Abraham Lincoln High School in Brooklyn, New York, Michael continued his basketball journey at Clark Atlanta University, where he competed at the collegiate level and was part of a championship-winning team. After college, Michael took his talents internationally, spending five years playing professional basketball overseas, including stops in Mexico, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Through years of competing against talented athletes, adjusting to different playing styles, and experiencing the demands of professional basketball, Michael developed a deeper understanding of what it takes to succeed both mentally and physically. Today, he brings that experience to the next generation of athletes through personalized basketball skills training, player development, and mentorship.
