I’ve taken several pickleball lessons with Michael, and I can honestly say he’s an incredible coach - he knows how to teach in a way that’s patient, clear, and encouraging. He takes the time to understand what you want to improve and builds each lesson around helping you feel more confident on the court. Even though I was brand new to pickleball, he made it fun from the very beginning. He breaks down techniques in a way that’s easy to understand, and he gives just the right amount of feedback - enough to help me improve without ever making me feel overwhelmed. What I appreciate most is how he creates a positive and motivating environment. Every lesson feels productive, but also light-hearted. I’ve already seen a big difference in my game, and I actually look forward to practicing now! Whether you’re just starting or trying to take your skills up a notch, I highly recommend him as a coach.

The lesson with Michael was quite focused on working on the smash, which was helpful. Although I need to fine-tune the mechanics of overhead slams, the emphasis on footwork and proper body position really helped me understand what to work on. I feel like there's room for more technical work, but I’m optimistic about what I can improve with time. We also worked on forehand dinking. Michael really helped me with my footwork, which immediately made me stop popping up dinks. If you’re looking to get a solid grasp of smashing and dinking, Michael is definitely the person to work with.

Honestly, I was pretty impressed with how Michael broke down some of the key pickleball techniques during the lesson. He’s got a way of explaining things that makes it easier to pick up, like his focus on stance and shot placement really stood out. Though I still have a lot to work on, I feel more confident about my next game. Still, I think a bit more emphasis on footwork could make the lessons even better. But yeah, I’ll probably try another lesson soon and see how much I can improve.

The drills we did this lesson really covered a lot, like working on my third shot drops and drives, resets, dinks and smashes, and proper footwork, which was pretty helpful. Though I need to fine-tune my game and figure out when to be aggressive with the opportunities I am creating, I left with some good insights and a better overall feel. Michael’s approach is very steady, pointing out issues he sees that I can correct right away and see immediate impact. Great fun session

The lesson with Michael was quite thorough, he gave a clear overview of how to hit different shots correctly, which I appreciated. Still, I think practicing dinking and shots from the kitchen line could really help me improve further. Though the experience felt really balanced, I definitely look forward to applying what I learned and hopefully building on it with more practice.
