I believe in makings the kids learn the rudiments of the game (control, passing, shooting, etc.) while, having fun. For players age 11 and above, I believe they need to start learning the introduction of the structure, and tactics of the game, coupled with the right mentality. For players age 15 and above, having a tough (champion) mentality, fitness and nutrition, soccer intelligence, are the major keys needed.
