He was welcoming, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable right away. He had a lesson plan tailored to my skill level. The structure made the session flow and kept us focused. He was knowledgeable & patient and the lesson flowed without any breaks with the exception of hydrating periodically. Coach Phil was able to adjust to my skill set on each drill which made it challenging as well as enjoyable.
