I help people whose life looks fine but no longer feels right. Together we slow the racing thoughts, help you hear yourself again, and make the changes you’ve been putting off. I’m a trained life and spiritual coach, and I pair practical coaching with energy work like reiki and tapping.

- **60-minute private lesson**: 1 prepaid 60-minute lesson for $50.00 ($50.00 per lesson). One hour of one-on-one career counseling built around your goals.

## Weekly hours

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

## Cancellation policy

- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a lesson.
