My 8yr old son’s confidence went through the roof after just one lesson. The first pitch , in his first game after his lesson, he pulled a hard line drive into the gap and kept hitting the ball hard in his later at bats. In three years of playing spring and fall ball, he has never done that. He’s already expressed he can’t wait till his next lesson and there will be plenty more! Highly recommend.
