starting again can be a little intimidating. Today was my first lesson, and my coach was incredibly patient, and encouraging throughout the entire session. He made me feel comfortable, never rushed me, and took the time to work with me at my level. I left feeling motivated and excited to keep improving. Great first experience, and I’m looking forward to the next lesson!
