Being a parent can be so overwhelming sometimes, and I was really struggling with how to handle certain behaviors with my child. I reached out to Alex, and she was so understanding and helpful. alex was really sweet and easy to talk to and i felt comfortable opening up to her without feeling judged. sometimes you just need someone who will listen and make you feel like your feelings matter and she was really good at that. i do wish there was a little more flexibility with the time because our conversations felt a little short but overall it was a positive experience. i would have loved to keep talking with her but money is tight right now and i couldnt afford to continue. she genuinely seems like she cares about people and i hope i can reach out again in the future.
