I am certain you will be pleased to know how much better Bruce is doing. He's been feeling more like himself, moving easily, and functioning without the issues he used to struggle with. His doctor has seen real changes at his recent appointment. WONDERFUL, and thank you for your help and hard work in putting this program together for him. WOW!!! I just wanted to share the amazing news with you, and thank you so much for your experience and expertise with his health concerns.

Cheryl has provided me with tons of small steps and tricks I can actually start doing in my life right now. A lot of times people give tips but they are too complex or overwhelming. Her encouragement works hand in hand with her tips to make small positive life changes doable.

Thank you, Cheryl, for the tips on making food swaps. The reminder to go slow was very helpful. I really needed that reminder because I tend to jump into things head first and get frustrated when I can't make it sustainable for myself.

Thanks Cheryl for this. I loved how you're knocking down several limiting beliefs against adopting a healthier lifestyle. That's where the biggest struggle is. This is definitely my new me-time activity.

Redefining the whole landscape in such a nice way! Great many thanks and sincere wishes your way. The best thing after the morning swaps, not to mention that this is vibrantly positive.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I need to count calories or weigh my food?
The question isn't how much you eat, it's what you eat. You won't count calories, track macros, or restrict portion sizes. We'll use a plant-powered framework to help you feel full and energized..
I'm vegan/gluten-free/health-newbie, etc., will this work for me?
I work with people who are brand new to the concept of plant-based eating as well as long-time vegans dealing with stubborn symptoms. I myself am gluten-free so that's typically what I recommend, along with removing other top allergens to see if any might be causing you trouble. We transition your meals step by step, week by week.
How do the in-person bonuses work if I am online only?
If we work together remotely, the bonuses convert to virtual sessions.
What experience levels do you teach?
I teach nutrition at beginner, intermediate, and expert levels. Whether you’re new to plant-based eating or have been vegan for years, I listen to your health story and tailor plant-based nutrition support to your priorities. I have eight years of coaching experience plus 24+ years of firsthand plant-based nutrition experience, and 14+ years living gluten-free.
Where do lessons take place?
Nutrition coaching is available online or in person in the comfort of your own home in Redding and the east-side of Shasta County, or at Heritage Coffeehouse in Redding, California, and Starbucks in Palo Cedro, California. If you prefer to meet in person, ask me which location is available for your appointment.
What should I bring to my first lesson?
For your first nutrition coaching session, bring your health story and top priorities, plus a list of the symptoms or health goals you want to focus on. Please also have a list or photos of your current supplements and medications; bring recent lab reports from your doctor if you have them (for the 10-session package).
