Since 2005, I have been deeply immersed in the mechanics of the swing and the strategic intricacies of competitive play. Originally starting my career as a golf coach, I have since brought two decades of instructional expertise to the pickleball court as a global Certified DUPR Coach. My passion lies at the heart of the sport's most dynamic segment: the beginner and entry-level crowd. I have guided 200+ students in the past 9 months through their first steps on court, focusing on the five pillars of DUPR performance—the serve, return, third shot, dink, and volley. My mission is to welcome new players by demystifying the DUPR rating process and creating a professional pathway from pure beginner to an official rating. Internationally, I am expanding this ecosystem by rating players across Australia+Japan and establishing strategic court partnerships. Beyond foundational coaching, I actively drive grassroots growth in Sydney—organizing dynamic RX3 format student tournaments, coaching junior talent for the PPA Tour U14 in NSW (August 2026), and sharing insights featured in SBS Media coverage. Through my 'Train the Trainer' program, I also mentor assistant coaches in high-intensity drill progressions to ensure every newcomer receives "beginner best-fit" instruction as the sport grows worldwide.
