Private pickleball lessons in Henderson, Nevada

I signed my 9 year old up for private lessons with Selina in January. We invited 2 of her buddies to join the lessons to keep them engaged and having fun together. The two girls had no experience with a racket sport. My kiddo had previously taken tennis lessons. We are 4 months in and the girls are having a blast! They have all shown improvement and are just as engaged in learning as they were on day one. Selina is fun, patient and encouraging while being professional. I appreciate that she starts with a quick warm-up, does drills and has the girls playing as if it were a real game to teach them how to keep score. Chicken and Pickle is a great venue but Selina is the icing on the cake! I think everyone, young and old can benefit from lessons, whether it’s to learn, brush up on your skills, hone in on your form or correct bad habits you never knew you had! My child is learning a life skill that she can take with her throughout life. I won’t have to worry about her making friends if she moves anywhere in the world [at any age] because there’s a Pickleball League she can join to have an immediate connection! I recommend Selina for lessons 1000%

I started taking pickleball lessons with Selina about three months ago and have done both group and private sessions. Selina is a true professional—she teaches proper form, rules, and scoring, all while keeping the lessons fun and engaging. She’s always patient and never makes me feel bad if I don’t pick something up right away. I highly recommend Selina for both beginners and more advanced players looking to elevate their game.

We had to "unlearn" everything we knew about racquetball and tennis; but, with her knowledge, patience, expertise and athletic experiences, Selina is making our change to pickleball fun and exciting. Two seniors successfully learning new tricks with an amazing coach. Thank you, Joyce and Raphael.

Great first day! Learned some improvements immediately

Selina has been a wonderful Pickleball coach. She really knows her game. She is very patient with new players and is devoted to educating the proper rules of the game. She teaches technique and terminology. She has great follow up with her clients. I would strongly recommend having Selina teach you the game.
