Meet Kendra
My story
Hello! My name is Mrs. Peoples, and I am a dedicated educator with a passion for helping students reach their full academic potential. I hold two master’s degrees in Elementary Education and Learning Design and Technology, along with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development.
I currently teach 5th-grade English Language Arts and Social Studies, specializing in reading comprehension, fluency, phonics, vocabulary, grammar, and writing. My teaching style focuses on patience, consistency, encouragement, and individualized instruction.
I work with elementary students of all learning levels, including struggling learners who need additional academic support. I believe every child learns differently, and my goal is to build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, improve academic performance, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
