Film (game) reviews led to immediate action within our next training sessions to address issues raised. The open lines of communication and our willingness to learn and grow allowed for quick responsiveness to eliminate further issues during games. In conjunction with on-field tactile learning, Bains also provided a plethora of online resources leading to a deeper understanding, respect and appreciation of the game.

Coach Bains was pivotal in our daughter's understanding of the game both technically and tactically. Our daughter played at the comp level and Coach Bains had endless energy for players that are engaged regardless of skill level. Her passion and knowledge is apparent immediately. She will give every player input, strategies, goals, etc. She is well versed in athletic nutrition and looks at the player as a whole person. She genuinely cares for players to improve as long as they want to and put in effort. She positively impacted our daughter's game and are happy for the time they had together!
