Training is individualized around each player’s age, position, My approach goes beyond drills\. I combine technical and tactical development with athletic performance, decision\-making, game understanding and mental performance\. I also use my background in scouting, talent identification and performance analysis to help players understand what they need to improve and why. Yes. Game-film analysis is an important part of my player\-development approach. I can evaluate technical execution, tactical decisions, positioning, movement, decision-making and overall performance, then provide clear feedback and development priorities that can be taken into future training.
Do you help players who want to play at a higher level?
Yes. I work with players who want to maximize their development and pursue higher levels of soccer, including competitive club, high school, college and professional pathways. My scouting and talent-identification experience allows me to provide an additional perspective on what players need to develop and how they can better prepare for the demands of higher-level soccer.
