Julia Mowrey
I’m Julia, a 27-year-old tennis coach based in Southington, CT. Up until recently I had been coaching out of Dallas, Tx. I’ve been passionate about the game since I started playing club tennis at age six and continued competing through high school and college, where I played…
Coach Julia has completely elevated my tennis game. Her deep knowledge of technique and strategy, combined with her focus on the mental aspects of the sport, has made a huge difference in my performance. Julia’s ability to break down complex concepts into simple steps has improved my strokes and footwork significantly. She’s incredibly detail-oriented and never lets anything slip by. Plus, her positive and motivating approach makes every session both challenging and enjoyable. Thanks to Julia, I’m seeing real results and a renewed passion for tennis!

Honestly, I felt like the lesson with Julia really highlighted her attention to detail on technique, which was quite helpful. She took the time to understand what I knew and applied her critiques in a way that made sense to me, though I still see room for improvement. Still, I left feeling more aware of my form and how small adjustments can make a difference. If you're interested in steady, focused coaching, Julia’s worth trying out.
