Tj's lesson focused on practicing forehand and backhand, which I appreciated since it helped reinforce my basics. Still, I think doing more of the same could be beneficial, maybe mixing in some variety later. But overall, it was quite helpful, and I’d suggest giving Tj a try if you're looking to refine fundamentals.

Coach TJ has helped me to play the game of tennis after coming from a very difficult experience. I have very limited hand eye coordination, little no tennis experience and he has helped me to hit with other players, enter tournaments and overcome all my fears. Simply a life changing experience!
