As a parent, I couldn't be more grateful for everything Coach AJ has done for my daughter and the entire team. Since joining the club, my daughter's skills, confidence, and understanding of the game have grown tremendously. AJ has challenged her to work hard, believe in herself, and continue improving every day. What stands out the most is the culture she has created. There is healthy competition that encourages every player to earn their position while still supporting and celebrating one another. The girls are pushed to be their best without feeling like they're competing against each other in a negative way. Coach AJ has also built a positive atmosphere for the parents. My name is Gia Mammini, I am a junior in high school and I’ve been playing volleyball for 5 years now. 2 out of the five years I didn’t play club but my first and second club season were coached by coach AJ. Coach AJ made me a mentally stronger player on the court, as well as helped me improve on essential skills for gameplay. Coach AJ strived for passion as well as effort when we played, and her commitment and dedication to our team made us more connected than any other team in the gym. When not competing or training, coach set up multiple team bondings that set our team up for success past just physical performance. I wouldn’t be the player I am today without Coach AJ’s dedication, attention to detail, and constant belief in my potential.

Coach Aj is an excellent coach. Going into playing club for the first time I had no idea what to expect, coach Aj helped me not only in my volleyball skills and reffing but also in adjusting to a new environment. Coach Aj noticed my potential and pushed me to be the best player I could be by constantly encouraging and supporting me. She constructed drills that actually improved our gameplay and instilled work ethic and focus from all of my team. Coach Aj had helped me gain so much confidence in my skills and is overall a well rounded leader.

Private lessons with Coach AJ have helped me improve so much. Every session is challenging, but she always makes me feel confident and supported. I've become a stronger, more consistent player as a Middle blocker and have learned skills that I use in every game. I always leave lessons feeling more motivated, and I would definitely recommend Coach AJ to anyone looking to improve their volleyball skills.
