My teaching experience has been great, most of my experience has been with kids 12-18, I also give small lessons and advice to adults during open play sessions. I’ve spent most of my career playing as a middle blocker/opposite hitter so my specialties are spiking, blocking, transitioning and serving. A first lesson would start with a physical workout to get the blood flowing, a little meditation to get the mind focused, then the skills will be broken up into parts to help with understanding
