Since the age of 17 I have been on a spiritual journey that has both educated me religiously and spiritually molding me in to a layman scholar. I have practiced meditation for over 10 years since 2013, and am well versed in Celtic and Germanic spirituality and Vedic Philosophy. As of 2026 I am certified in teaching Yoga, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra.

Although there a many kinds of Yogas floating around in the US, my Yoga comes complete from the traditions of Sivananda and Kriya Yogic wisdom. In this I teach Ashtanga ( eight limbed Yoga ). Yoga is not merely about physical body positions for “health“. The core of true Yoga which incorporates all 8 limbs is about harnessing and calming the mind for the purpose of revealing the true self.

## Cancellation policy

- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a lesson. The coach charges no fee for a late cancellation or a no-show.
