Coach Teek brings great energy, attention to detail, and a real understanding of the game. Every workout is challenging but purposeful, focusing on improving skills, footwork, shooting, and overall confidence on the court. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping players get better. If you’re serious about elevating your game and becoming a better all around player, I definitely recommend training with Him > From Tyrone, 5 out of 5 > I hadn’t played basketball since college, and Coach Teek was able to get me back in my groove in a short amount of time. He knows exactly what to work on and how to help you improve, making every session worth it. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their game back or take it to the next level. > From Dante, 5 out of 5 > I loved him as a trainer, he gave me so much insight into why we were doing each drill and how it translates to real games. It made a big difference because I got to understand each action and no longer just felt like I was doing random drills. > From Sky, 5 out of 5 > There workouts were pretty challenging but geared towards me specifically to get better as an individual. Other trainers or coaches usually just throw you a couple drills that they give everyone else and it seems really generic. > From Jake, 5 out of 5 > Zjateek was an exceptional trainer, he helped improve my game immensely in an efficient amount of time. Would highly recommend a session with him. > From Tahid, 5 out of 5 > Coach T has an incredible way of explaining concepts and has patience during difficult drills! Too bad he can’t guard me though… > From Joey, 5 out of 5 > He’s single handedly the reason I can’t be guarded now. Book him, asap! > From Jay, 5 out of 5 > He’s brilliant basketball mind > From Jonny, 5 out of 5 ## Frequently asked questions ### How long are sesssions?
