Other trainers or coaches usually just throw you a couple drills that they give everyone else and it seems really generic. > From Jake, 5 out of 5 > He’s brilliant basketball mind > From Jonny, 5 out of 5 > Great instructor > From J., 5 out of 5 > One of the best basketball training experiences I’ve had. Coach Teek brings great energy, attention to detail, and a real understanding of the game. Every workout is challenging but purposeful, focusing on improving skills, footwork, shooting, and overall confidence on the court. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping players get better. If you’re serious about elevating your game and becoming a better all around player, I definitely recommend training with Him > From Tyrone, 5 out of 5 > I hadn’t played basketball since college, and Coach Teek was able to get me back in my groove in a short amount of time. He knows exactly what to work on and how to help you improve, making every session worth it. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their game back or take it to the next level. > From Dante, 5 out of 5 ## Frequently asked questions ### How long are sesssions?
