I recently started tennis lessons with DP, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. I'm coming into this as a complete beginner literally starting from ground zero, and DP made me feel comfortable from the very first lesson. During my first session last Wednesday, DP was incredibly patient and walked me through everything with grace and step-by-step encouragement. Don't let that fool you, though — this was an intense workout, and it definitely wasn't a cakewalk. We worked on the fundamentals, including a forearm drill, and DP broke it down in a way that was easy to follow without ever feeling overwhelming. What really stood out was how much DP genuinely cared about my growth in the sport. It felt less like a first lesson and more like connecting with a friend and a long-term coach who was invested in my progress. I'm not trying to join a team or compete, I just want to learn the basics, and DP tailored the lesson perfectly to that goal. If you're new to tennis and looking for a coach who's patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your growth, I highly recommend DP!

My husband and I have been coaching with Coach Dwain for almost three years now and he’s been amazing. We both started as complete beginners, and he’s helped us understand the fundamentals, improve our stroke technique and really build our game over time. He’s very patient, encouraging and always brings great energy to every session. He genuinely wants us to do well and is always motivating us and pepping us up before matches. He also gives really helpful tips and strategies around actual gameplay, which has made a huge difference for us when we’re playing matches. We’ve improved so much over the years and have really started enjoying the game a lot more. Would definitely recommend Coach Dwain to anyone looking for a great tennis coach!

Dwain has been my coach/trainer for almost 3 years. I have been an avid player all of my life and I am in my 60’s. I needed drills on my forehand and lots of leg work. During our lessons Dwain explained to me what I was doing wrong without pressure and now I am able to get back on my ALTA team! I would highly recommend him.
