i grow up with my coach Essam he trained me basketball ball in the right way like it supposed to be taught he is so emotional to basketball and very smart he is more than a friend was like my brother and now because of him i am in the national team i prefer not to say more try just one lesson with him

i have been training with coach Essam for 3 months i learned to many things that i never heard it before i even tried to learn on youtube but its a lose of the time when you see someone doing the technique in front of you it's gonna be more different

Amazing instructor, very pushy but in a good way, definitely learned a ton for each class. Here’s what I learned in session 3: - full court layup - some shooting fundamentals - jump shot - defense and steal - rebound
