Golf lessons in Colorado Springs, Colorado

I had zero golf experience and was pretty nervous joining a four session group clinic. I have a sports background in soccer and a history of an injured back. Coach Lauren was great! She asked me if I had any physical limitations or injuries she needed to know about so that she knew how to work with me. That was huge and an eye opener seeing how much she cares and wants to connect with each and everyone of us. She provided all the gear I needed and used her fitness background to adapt my swing so I could hit solid shots completely pain-free. I learned so much in just a few weeks and felt totally supported the whole time.

I’ll admit, I came into my first lesson thinking I already knew everything about the golf swing, and I was pretty set in my ways. But Coach’s body-first approach made so much sense that I finally decided to stop talking and just listen. The results spoke for themselves immediately- cleaner contact, better distance, and a way more enjoyable round. If you actually listen to what Coach tells you, you’ll see huge improvements.

Coming from a college baseball background, I used to rely entirely on hand-eye coordination and athleticism, which worked fine until my miss hits took over. Coach Lauren understood my swing pattern immediately and translated golf mechanics into athletic terms. I already knew. It made getting back into the game for work, events, effortless, and fun highly recommend!

As a complete beginner, I was getting overwhelmed by everyone trying to give me advice. The lessons with Lauren changed everything! She keeps me so calm, breaks down the basics simply and makes learning fun. I’m finally building the confidence to go out and play rounds with my boyfriend without feeling stressed.

Best instruction I’ve had. Blending fitness knowledge with swing mechanics helped me understand how my body actually moves, which added easy distance off the tea without tearing up my back. Clear, no nonsense coaching that gets real results fast.

She makes learning so easy to digest and playing together on the course helped me finally enjoy golf again. Best investment I’ve ever made for myself!
