Pickleball lessons in Vancouver, Washington

Honestly, I’d say the lesson was quite helpful and I felt pretty comfortable trying something new. The lesson highlighted that I enjoyed the experience overall. Though, I think improving my technique might help me get even more out of it. Still, I’m optimistic about practicing what I learned and hope to see steady progress with Marshall.

“Marshall was great with helping me learn the basics. He taught me how to ‘stack’ and how to target players backhands. He was clearly knowledgeable and was so much fun to play with. He doesn’t hit the ball hard and has a great way of explaining body mechanics.”

“I was a high school tennis player and knew I would be able to keep up athletically. What I didn’t expect was the amount strategy that would be involved. That is where Marshall shined, he is a very cerebral and patient player.”

“Marshall introduced me to pickleball back in 2022. Him and I met up many weekend morning before open play to play skinny singles and drill. He has a way of making everything we do so much fun. He is an excellent instructor.”

“He got me from not knowing how to hold the paddle to being able to score points in my first open play game! I’m a baseball player and golfer so he was able to related everything back to those sports. He is a total athlete.”

Marshall is easy to work with. Very helpful, and gives great instructions. I learned a great deal and felt supported by his encouragement as the lesson went on.
