My daughter Addison began taking with Marli about a year ago now when she had just turned 6 years old. I was initially hesitant about signing Addison up for lessons due to her age and her tendency to be shy, especially in new situations. Marli was incredible with Addison from the very first introductory lesson. Not only is Marli a gifted musician, she was able to adapt to the needs of a 6 year old (no easy task for anyone.) Over the past year I have observed Addison grow both musically and personally.

Marli is a great teacher who is patient with her students, going step by step through a song. Not only does she teach the song, she also reviews the notes and scales with her students. My daughter has learned so much already and I highly recommend Marli.

Marli is a great instructor because she has an eclectic music background from instruments to genres, and has helped me broaden my horizons with guitar, piano, and singing.

Marli taught me how to play the guitar, and the experience was fun! We learned the technicalities of music theory, such as notes and scales, as well as songs that I enjoy.

Marli taught me how to position my fingers on the guitar fretboard, as well as great exercises to enhance my tone and technique!
