Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before booking with Paw.
Do I need my own equipment for yoga?
A yoga mat and comfortable clothing are a great start. Blocks, a strap, or a blanket can be helpful, but aren’t essential for beginners. Before your first class, we’ll discuss what you have and any equipment you may need.
What ages do you teach?
I teach yoga to kids, teenagers, and adults, adapting each class to their age, experience, and needs. My approach is warm, patient, and welcoming, with clear explanations and age-appropriate movement, breathing, and relaxation exercises. I help students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while feeling comfortable, supported, and understood.
Can I start as a complete beginner?
Yes! You don’t need any yoga experience or flexibility to begin. I’ll guide you step by step with clear explanations and gentle adjustments suited to your needs. You can move at your own pace, ask questions, and feel supported throughout the class.
Can I take a lesson with a friend or family member?
Absolutely! Practicing yoga with a friend or family member is a lovely way to spend time together, strengthen your connection, and support each other. I adapt the class so everyone feels comfortable and included, regardless of age or experience level.
