Is equipment provided?
Yes, footballs, tennis balls, an agility ladder, a speed parachute, cones, Resistance bands, and a jump rope are all provided.
What to bring?
It is encouraged to come equipped with football cleats and any accessories such as gloves. In addition, be sure to bring water and be dressed for the weather.
