4-Session Player Development Package
Over these 4 sessions, we’ll really focus on your game and the areas that need the most work. I’ll use what I see from each workout to build the next one around your specific needs. We’ll work on your skills, decision-making, confidence, and overall understanding of the game. I’ll also give you drills and things you can work on outside of our sessions so you can keep improving between workouts. There workouts were pretty challenging but geared towards me specifically to get better as an individual. Other trainers or coaches usually just throw you a couple drills that they give everyone else and it seems really generic.

One of the best basketball training experiences I’ve had. Coach Teek brings great energy, attention to detail, and a real understanding of the game. Every workout is challenging but purposeful, focusing on improving skills, footwork, shooting, and overall confidence on the court. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping players get better. If you’re serious about elevating your game and becoming a better all around player, I definitely recommend training with Him

I hadn’t played basketball since college, and Coach Teek was able to get me back in my groove in a short amount of time. He knows exactly what to work on and how to help you improve, making every session worth it. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their game back or take it to the next level.

I loved him as a trainer, he gave me so much insight into why we were doing each drill and how it translates to real games. It made a big difference because I got to understand each action and no longer just felt like I was doing random drills.
