Private soccer training sessions in Pleasanton, California

I can't recommend Coach Bains enough. My daughter has been to other private trainers and she left every session feeling like it was a waste of her time and a waste of our money. When it came time to find someone new, we were all a little apprehensive. We gave Coach Bains a shot and we are so glad we did! Not only was she able to target the specific soccer skills my daughter needed to work on, but she also spent just as much time working on her mental game and confidence. She met her exactly where she was at and built from there. Session after session her love for the game started returning. And best of all, my daughter feels comfortable and supported in her training! She's worth it, ! promise!

I love her coaching methods and how she hones in on my sons needs to be a stronger player! Her one on one trainings are incredible and super informative! HIGHLY recommend!

Professionalism, value (ROI), punctuality, responsiveness and a stellar work are some of the many reasons why I recommend including Bains' services to your player's development. I am appreciative and grateful for the opportunities and environment Bains provided for my daughter (12 years old+) and son (10 years old+) - both year round competitive players. I was impressed by Bains' steadfast level of engagement and dedication, setting clear expectations of both players and families. Similar to the beginning of the school year when a professor provides their syllabus, Bains provided both structure and consistency throughout our time together. Film (game) reviews led to immediate action within our next training sessions to address issues raised. The open lines of communication and our willingness to learn and grow allowed for quick responsiveness to eliminate further issues during games. In conjunction with on-field tactile learning, Bains also provided a plethora of online resources leading to a deeper understanding, respect and appreciation of the game.

Coach Bains is an exceptional coach who brings professionalism, structure, and passion to every practice and game. She created an environment where the players were encouraged to grow not only as athletes but also as confident, independent individuals. Her coaching style emphasized strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the game, which helped elevate the team's overall performance. Her commitment to the sport is truly inspiring-she lives and breathes soccer, and her enthusiasm is infectious. That passion clearly transferred to her players, who looked forward to training and consistently gave their best. Coach Bains is not only a skilled and knowledgeable coach, but also a fantastic role model.

Bains is an incredible coach who truly takes the time to connect with each player on a personal level. She knows how to push players to be their best while still making them feel supported, encouraged, and confident. My girls trained with her throughout last year at ISI, and they absolutely loved her drills and coaching style. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping players grow-not only as athletes, but as individuals. I'm so excited to see her bring her passion and experience to her own program. Any player who gets the opportunity to train with her is lucky to have her in their corner!

Coach Bains was pivotal in our daughter's understanding of the game both technically and tactically. Our daughter played at the comp level and Coach Bains had endless energy for players that are engaged regardless of skill level. Her passion and knowledge is apparent immediately. She will give every player input, strategies, goals, etc. She is well versed in athletic nutrition and looks at the player as a whole person. She genuinely cares for players to improve as long as they want to and put in effort. She positively impacted our daughter's game and are happy for the time they had together!
